A True Partner for Tech Professionals
Learn More About Pinecrest Financial
I'm Thanhha Ha, founder and financial planner at Pinecrest Financial. Before becoming a financial advisor, I spent more than a decade as a software engineer. That background still shapes how I work today: understanding how the pieces connect, thinking through the ripple effects of each decision, and making complicated financial choices easier to understand.
I run a boutique financial planning practice focused on tech professionals, helping you navigate the financial complexity that can come with a tech career - RSUs, stock options and ESPPs, taxes, investments, job changes and retirement.
I work with clients through different stages of life, from the years you're building wealth to the transition into retirement and beyond. Rather than looking at each decision on its own, I bring the pieces together into one coordinated plan. An equity decision can affect your taxes. A job change can affect your benefits and retirement plans. A Roth conversion can affect your future Medicare costs. My job is to help you see the whole picture, understand your options and make thoughtful decisions before you're forced into them.
Independence is an important part of how I work. My recommendations start with you - your financial life, your goals and what matters most to you.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, great food, cooking and baking, concerts and musicals, and spending time with my family. Life is more than a formula.
